T here is no need to be an expert.  The only thing that matters is a love of wine.  The tasting will be in the most beautiful tasting room of the venue.  Six outstanding French wines, coming from six different regions of France, will be served, always with generosity.  Great wines have been selected for you: older vintages, grands crus, premiers crus, grands crus classes, and more.  These wines have come from the nicest wineries in France...be they fancy chateaux or the small volume and hard-to-get wineries.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your policy with children and teenagers? -- Participants who are 17 years old may taste wine if accompanied by their parents who allow them to do so.  Children ages 5 to 16 are welcome on the tour but their wine glasses will be kept full - with WATER!

Are your tastings in English? -- Yes. This tour is only offered in English.

Which Champagnes will we taste? -- Good ones - usually one Brut, one Demi-sec and one Rosé. All of the selections of Champagne are remarkable. The selection should help you learn more about French Champagne, and discover what you really like and why.

Do I need to bring anything? -- No. Just your smile and maybe your camera!

Any pre-tasting advice? -- Maybe. Make sure you don't brush your teeth right before the tasting, that would limit your perceptions and pleasure in drinking wine!

What's your tipping policy? -- Tipping is not mandatory at all. Yet, if you are satisfied with the service provided, your host will be pleased to accept your tip. The Wine Tastings are not "service compris" (as restaurants are, for instance).
